All activities have been risk assessed and can be carried out safely, as long as everyone sticks to the current COVID regulations and takes care as they walk around the site.  Children must be supervised at all times.

£50 FAMILY tickets will admit 2 adults and up to 2 children.  Purchase additional child or adult tickets if you need them for your bubble.  Adults on their own, or in adult only groups, will be slotted in between the family groups/bubbles.  Keep to your window time for arrival to keep everyone safe.

Additional Adults /Children cost £15 each.  Please restrict ticket purchase to your bubble.  If you are buying two bubbles, let us know that on arrival, so we can safely distance your start times.

Wearing gloves and masks is recommended and government COVID guidelines.

Show tickets on arrival.

The Heritage Trail will be open for booking on other dates/times, but whilst you can see the winter lights and decorations, Santa and his Elves will be back on the North Pole getting ready to deliver your presents for Christmas.

DEPOSIT – we are asking for a non refundable portion to your ticket (£20) – this can be used for entrance to the trail at a later date if the event gets cancelled – booking essential.  The tickets can be changed up to 24 hours before as long as there is a slot to go into – please email (details on ticket) if you need to change dates or if weather or COVID cancels a night.  This helps us fund the event and makes sure that you are still able to visit the site at a later date – we plan to keep the lights up through the winter – hopefully to the end of March 2021.  Single ‘additional’ tickets have a £10 non refundable portion which can be used at a later date to access the Heritage Trail (no Santa), unless transferring to another available date.
