Battle of the Boar

Family heritage festival, celebrating history, culture, costume, vehicles, nature and buildings. Visitors will come across ancient heritage going back to 5000 years ago, mediaeval, Georgian, World War, and many other periods of heritage.

8th June 2018  10:30 - 4:30 Nature and education day - school groups with teachers free - groups must book (FULL)

8th June 2018 19:00 - 22:30 Gathering in preparation for the wedding of the MacQuillan Bride to McDonnell - mediaeval period.  BBQ included.  £10.  Tickets through Eventbrite and Bushmills Community Association.

9th June 2018 10:30 - 5pm Heritage Re enactment on the hour each day, stalls, food, activities throughout the day.  Last reenactment at 4pm.  Community music and dancing between re enactments by the community.  Adult £4, Child £1 under 3 free.  Car parking on site.

9th June 2018 19:30 - 22:30 Celebration Wedding Banquet with the reenactors.  Participants may dress in mediaeval costume.  Food is BBQ.  Bar available until 10:30.  Tickets limited.  From Eventbrite or Bushmills Community Association.  £15 per person.
